Here is the result from our Bunting Workshop led by Gaynor from Millie Moon. Our bunting will be proudly hung at WI events, high days and holidays - and a village fete near you! Worthy of the Queens own tea party, I'm sure you'll agree.
Based in Sutton Veny, the Wylye Women WI Lite is one of the new breed of WIs attracting younger women and offering contemporary activities and events. We aim to take the best bits of the traditional WI and give them a very modern makeover.
We meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month at Sutton Veny Village Hall, Sutton Veny, Wiltshire BA12 7AP
Blooms from Warminster are joining us and will demonstrate how to put together a lovely Autumnal flower arrangement, which will be auctioned off at the end of the evening.
October meeting
Hillary McFall from the Samaritans Purse (the shoebox lady) has volunteered to come along and will show us a DVD of what Samaritans purse does for children at Christmas time and how to fill your box. We will also run a social hour with wine and nibbles afterwards.
